Children's Residential Support Worker (Temporary / Flexible)

Location: Southampton and surrounding areas

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £18.00 per hour (plus accrued weekly holiday pay pension)

Job Type: Flexible Temp / Ongoing Contracts

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but your mission remains constant: creating a safe, empowering environment for children and young people with complex needs and emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD).

  • Be a Stabilising Force: Help build a secure, welcoming environment where young people feel safe and heard.
  • Champion Independence: Mentor residents through daily routines and coach them on essential skills.
