Position description / Job description Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals\β needs and develop person-centered care plans. Provide direct support and interventions to individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and ensure holistic care. Advocate for the rights and well-being of service users. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service delivery. Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities. Engage with stakeholders to build strong relationships and partnerships. Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and service improvements. Expectations / Requirements We\βre looking for you, if: You hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., MSW, BA/BSc in Social Work). You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the safeguarding sector. You have experience in working with vulnerable adults and children. You possess excellent communication, interpersonal and advocacy skills. You are proficient in using relevant case management software. You demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development. You have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
