Randstad are proud to be working with Cardiff Locality Team to recruit for a number of agency social workers to join the team. You will be working within a designated area in Cardiff, conducting needs assessments, developing care plans and providing direct support to individuals and families facing social challenges while actively engaging with community to identify and address local needs, often focusing on CP, vulnerable adults or other complex social issues within the specific locality. You will manage a diverse caseload with a wide range of Social Needs including: Mental Health, domestic violence, substance abuse and disability.
