Role & Responsibilities

As a Social Worker, you will be directly supporting vulnerable individuals and families, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will work closely with clients, building strong relationships based on trust and empathy. You will create and implement care plans, advocate for your clients' needs, and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide direct support and counseling to clients
  • Advocate for clients' rights and needs
  • Collaborate with other professionals and agencies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience as a Social Worker
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or families
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant social work legislation and practice
  • Commitment to ethical social work practice
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car is highly desirable
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • A passion for making a positive impact on people's lives
