Are you passionate about safeguarding vulnerable young people, particularly those at risk of exploitation? Are you committed to working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to protect children and young people from harm? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Children Social Worker to join our dedicated ASET Team a specialised team focusing on safeguarding adolescents who are at risk of, or have experienced, exploitation. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions: Conduct thorough assessments of children and young people at risk of exploitation, including sexual exploitation, criminal exploitation, and modern slavery. Develop and implement tailored care plans: Develop and implement individualised care plans for young people, addressing their specific needs, promoting their safety, and helping them achieve positive outcomes. Collaborate with multi-agency partners: Work closely with police, health services, education providers, youth services, and other agencies to ensure a coordinated response to safeguarding concerns.
