West Cumbria Support Roles: Earn up to £15.77/hr + Sleep-ins
Are you an experienced Support Worker with PMVA training? Randstad is urgently recruiting for Walsingham Support in West Cumbria (Whitehaven, Maryport, Egremont). We have immediate shifts available for candidates ready to commit to a regular working pattern.
THE PAY:
- Weekdays: £13.68/hr
- Weekends: £15.77/hr
- Sleep-ins: £64.98 per shift
THE ROLE: Supporting adults (under and over 65) with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. Requires nursing and personal care.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (Must Have):
- Experience: 6+ months in UK residential homes.
- Training: PMVA/Restraint certificates + Mandatory training.
- DBS: Enhanced Child Adult DBS (on the Update Service).
- Availability: Minimum 3 shifts (36.5 hours) per week.
- VISA / WORK RIGHTS: Due to the 36.5-hour minimum requirement, we cannot accept Student Visas or Skilled Worker Visas. You must have an unrestricted right to work.
