Do you want to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people who have experienced trauma? Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join their growing teams in Kidderminster. They provide high-quality care and support in a warm and nurturing 3-bedded home.

Experience: While experience working with children and young people in a residential setting, educational environment, summer camp, or youth club is valuable, transferable skills from other roles are also welcome. A strong commitment to providing high-quality care is essential. Ideally, you will have experience with children exhibiting challenging behaviours and complex need. It is essential that you are a driver and hold a full UK driving licence and are willing to undertake a DBS check
