We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Residential Care Worker to support young people (ages 8-17) in a looked-after care setting. This role focuses on providing a stable, life-changing environment for children who may have experienced trauma or have additional needs such as ASD or learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
