Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Residential Children Support Worker in a residential setting within the last 3 years.
- Own car and a full driving license in the UK.
- Must possess an updated DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
- Individuals who have resided outside the UK for more than 6 months within the last 5 years should provide a valid Police Clearance certificate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care and support to children in a residential setting.
- Promote a safe and nurturing environment for children's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
