Residential practitioner roles are available in East Ayrshire. Part-time and full-time hours are available by booking your own shifts through our app and catching up with your own dedicated consultant. Work at the same service or try out lots of different ones!

A successful Residential practitioner will be responsible for:
- Provide constant supervision and care for children in a residential setting.
- Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with the children.
- Offer guidance and education to families on parenting and child development.
- Connect families with community resources and support services.
- Conduct home visits to assess living situations and provide in-home support.
- Work towards family reunification when possible.
To be successful in your Residential practitioner application, you will:
- Have previous 6 months prior experience in the UK as Support Worker
- Have strong communication skills
- Register under the PVG scheme
- Full driving license(required)
- Obtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable
