1 Day On, 2 Days Off – Transform Lives as a Childcare Worker
??Location: Montrose
?? Pay: Up to £25 p/h umbrella
?? Shift: Permanent Full Time & Flexible Positions Available
We're looking for dedicated individuals ready to step up and be the guiding light for young people in a secure unit setting. This isn't just a job, it's a mission to foster a safe and nurturing environment, where you actively champion young people's rights every single day.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare
- Registered (or eligible to register) with the SSSC
- Valid UK driving licence (essential)
- Confident, compassionate and ready to make a positive difference
- Ability to undertake HNC + SVQ 3 Social Care
