Randstad are looking for Residential Childcare Workers to join a dedicated, expert team in an award winning service near Dundee. The service supports children with social, emotional and behavioural issues ages 10-18 with past trauma.
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will support children and young people on their journeys from secure services, to residential and then throughcare or transitioning back to their families, own tenancy or adult support services. This position is challenging yet rewarding, offering you the opportunity to observe the long-term growth and progress of young people.
Working pattern consists of one day on, two days off or Monday to Friday in the residential school on site!
