Are you an experienced Adult's Social Worker?\\n\\nAre you passionate about making a difference to vulnerable adult's lives and creating positive impacts for them? \\n\\nYes? \\n\\nRandstad is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker to join Manchester City Council's Learning Disabilities team.

\\nProvide intensive support to individuals with learning disability/difficulties who have forensic histories and or complex challenging behaviours.\\nDevelop and arrange appropriate services for their families and carers.\\nResponsible for developing, arranging and monitoring services for service users who have offended or are at risk of committing offenses.\\nTo work with people with learning disabilities/difficulties who have committed criminal offences or otherwise detained under the Mental Health Act (1983) because their behaviour places people at risk, or their own health and or safety is at risk.\\nTo work with people with seriously challenging behaviour of such intensity, frequency or duration that the physical safety of the person or others is likely to be placed in serious jeopardy, or behaviour which is likely to seriously limit or deny access to community facilities.\\nDetailed assessment of need (Care Act) and effective asset based support planning, taking into account available resources, universal and voluntary services, Carers assessments, Capacity assessment and Best Interest decision making, Continuing HealthCare assessments, Inter disciplinary and multi agency working.\\nSafeguarding investigations.Requirements: \\n\\nSocial Worker England registered\\nEnhanced DBS\\nSocial Work Degree or equivalent Experience:\\n\\nAdults\\nYou need to have experience in learning disabilityIf you have any further questions, or wish to apply for this role then please contact Hannah on (phone number removed) otherwise Apply Below and I will be in touch soon.\\n\\nAre you thinking about a change in your career but not sure about this role?
