About the Role:
As a MASH Social Worker, you'll play a key role in the initial screening, information gathering, and decision-making process for new referrals. Working closely with police, education, health, and other safeguarding professionals, you'll assess levels of risk and determine the appropriate next steps for children and families in need of support or protection.
You won't hold long-term cases, but your work will directly influence the safety and outcomes of children across Oldham.
