About the Role:

As a Social Worker in the Mental Health Team, you will support adults with complex mental health needs, ensuring their rights, dignity, and wellbeing are prioritised. You'll carry out assessments under the Care Act 2014, coordinate care plans, and work in partnership with health professionals, service users, and their families to promote recovery and independence. You may also be involved in safeguarding investigations, risk management, and applications under the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity.
