Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and deliver projects aligned with the Adult Social Care Improvement Plan
- Oversee implementation of CQC Local Authority Assurance recommendations
- Develop robust project governance, tracking, and evaluation processes
- Engage with senior leaders, partners, and stakeholders across Adult Services and Health
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Promote innovation, collaboration, and sustainable change within the service
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- Proven experience delivering strategic projects or transformation programmes within Adult Social Care or local authority settings
- Strong understanding of CQC Assurance, Care Act 2014, and adult social care frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and partnership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results at pace
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline
