- Emotional Behavioural Support: Building trust and using positive behaviour strategies to help children manage big emotions and navigate challenging moments safely.
- Creating Fun Structure: Planning engaging, enriching activities-like trips to the park, arts and crafts, or sports-that promote development and happiness.
- Progress Tracking: Writing clear, accurate daily logs and incident reports.
