About the Role

Are you a compassionate, values-driven leader ready to shape a brand-new service from the ground up? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Registered Manager to establish the culture, team, and standards of a newly opened children’s home in Berwick upon Tweed. Backed by an established, award-winning care group with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care, you will lead the home in accordance with Ofsted requirements, the Quality Standards, and the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
