Randstad is recruiting an experienced Family Court Adviser to join a specialist team in Newcastle. These positions are funded through a combination of the MOJ Child Focused Courts programme and the A1 local budget.

You will manage Public and Private Law cases, complete detailed assessments, prepare court reports, and provide professional recommendations to support the Family Court.
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker
- Registered with Social Work England
- Experience within Public and/or Private Law
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and court proceedings
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
