Randstad are looking for a dedicated Tenancy Support Worker. In this role, you will work independently across Edinburgh and Midlothian, providing vital tenancy sustainment support to older adults. You'll be helping them maintain stable accommodation, navigate housing systems, and live independently with dignity. You can expect a fantastic salary between £23,643 - £24,111, doe.

Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy Sustainment: Providing hands-on support to help older adults maintain stable, safe, and secure accommodation.
  • Financial Housing Admin: Assisting individuals with housing applications, Housing Benefit claims, and sourcing grants.
  • Setting up Homes: Helping clients set up essential utilities (gas, electricity, etc.) to ensure a smooth transition or continuation of their tenancy.
  • Community Outreach: Traveling independently across the Edinburgh, Midlothian, and Penicuik areas to deliver personalized care and support.
