Children's Social Worker – Long Term Child Protection Team\\n\\nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Social Worker to join our Long Term Child Protection Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and well-being of children who have experienced significant harm or are at ongoing risk, working closely with families to achieve positive and lasting change.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nManage a caseload of children who require ongoing child protection support, providing regular assessments and interventions.\\nWork collaboratively with children, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans, addressing their specific needs and promoting their safety and well-being.\\nOffer practical and emotional support to children and families, building positive relationships and fostering a sense of trust.\\nPrepare reports and attend court hearings related to child protection matters, advocating for the best interests of children.\\nWork closely with other professionals, including police, health services, education providers, and other agencies, to ensure a coordinated response to safeguarding concerns. \\nChampion the needs of children and families, ensuring they have access to appropriate services and support, and their voices are heard.Essential Requirements:\\n\\nQualified Social Worker: Must hold a relevant Social Work qualification (e.g.
