The Opportunity: Temp-to-Perm

We are offering a structured 3-month temp-to-perm agreement. This allows you to integrate into the team and build relationships with your service users before transferring over as a permanent staff member with a set annual salary.

The Schedule

As a community-based role, your day will involve visiting multiple service users in their own homes.

  • Shift Patterns: Flexible variations available.
  • Early Starts: From 07:00.
  • Late Finishes: Up to 22:00.
  • Travel: Regular travel between house visits is required.
Pay & Benefits

Enjoy competitive rates and full reimbursement for your travel while on duty:

  • Weekdays: £17.50/hr
  • Weekends: £18.00/hr
  • Mileage: Reimbursed at £0.45 per mile while at the service.
  • Salary: Once permanent, you will move to a fixed yearly salary set by the client.
Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of care experience is essential.
