The Role
Your Impact
As a Senior Social Worker within the Localities team, you will manage a complex caseload spanning Child Protection and Court work. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Frontline Safeguarding: Executing high-quality Child Protection plans and managing complex risk dynamically.
- Court Proceedings: Preparing robust assessments, writing statements, and confidently presenting evidence.
