- Financial Support: Earn a weekly professional payment of £1,055.48, delivering an annual income of up to £54,860.

As a Specialist Therapeutic Foster Carer, you will:
- Provide a warm, supportive, and trauma‑informed home environment for a young person transitioning out of residential care.
- Offer the unwavering patience, structure, and emotional security required to help a child navigate early trauma and past disruption.
- Collaborate closely as a core practitioner within a highly skilled multi‑disciplinary team to carefully plan every step of the child's transition.
