Provide a high-quality and effective social work service in line with statutory guidance:
- Undertake assessments, planning, and deliver focused interventions to safeguard and support children in care
- Participate in the duty rota and contribute to team decision-making
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
- 1-3+ years' experience within children's social care, ideally with LAC/permanence
- Strong knowledge of statutory duties and care planning processes
- Sound understanding of risks and challenges faced by children in care
