Are you looking for a care role that offers a consistent routine, a guaranteed monthly salary, and plenty of time off? We are looking for three dedicated Female Support Workers to join our team in North East Fife. This is a permanent post providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes across Cupar, St Andrews, and Tayport.

The Rota: The "7 over 14" Advantage

We know balance is everything. This role operates on a bi-weekly repeating pattern, meaning you know exactly when you are working and when you can switch off:

  • Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun (07:30-13:00 & 17:00-21:30)
  • Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri (07:30-13:00 & 17:00-21:30)

Average: 30 hours per week.

To be successful in your application, you will:

  • Have 1 year previous experience working in a residential setting with young people
  • Have flexibility in the roles undertaken
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Register under the PVG scheme
  • Full driving licence
  • Obtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable
