Job Description Children's Occupational Therapist - Disability Team Are you a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for paediatric care? We are currently seeking an experienced Locum Children's Occupational Therapist to join a specialised Disability Team in the Leeds area. In this role, you will manage a complex caseload, providing essential support to children with diverse physical and behavioural needs. Conduct comprehensive assessments of children in their home environments to identify physical and behavioural needs. Design and oversee major home adaptations to improve accessibility and quality of life. Maintain a steadfast commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the HCPC. Proven experience in paediatric occupational therapy, specifically regarding specialist equipment and major adaptations. Ability to travel independently by car and possession of a clear DBS check. This full-time position consists of 37 hours per week (08:30 - 17:00). The team operate a professional hybrid working pattern between home and office.
