About the role: This role involved promoting independence, dignity and well being of service users who have a variety of additional needs.
Making a positive difference in the lives of those you are supporting, helping them with daily tasks, personal care, medication administration and being generally supportive to the service users.
Experience working with autism and other learning disabilities as well as challenging behaviour is essential.
You must be enthusiastic and resilient and take a genuine interest in helping people.
The working pattern can be flexible, with full time and part time roles available.
The shifts parents can vary with day shifts, night shifts and sleepover shifts available.
