The Role
Are you an expert in heavy vehicle compliance and municipal workshop operations? We are urgently seeking an experienced, high-caliber Interim Fleet Workshop Manager to step into a critical 6-month backfill role in Cumberland. Managing a multi-site depot portfolio, you will act as the operational anchor-supporting lead mechanics on the ground, optimizing workshop throughput, and safeguarding strict regulatory compliance.

- Compliance Management: Ensure absolute adherence to O-Licence standards, MOT regulations, and the statutory requirements of the Office of the Traffic Commissioner.
- Team Support: Spend 3 days a week traveling between sites (Brampton to Whitehaven) to assess operational capabilities, support senior mechanics, and champion a rigorous Health Safety culture.
