  • Reporting: Preparing robust reports for the Courts and the Parole Board.
  • Intervention: Delivering evidence-based interventions to address offending behaviour and support rehabilitation.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Police Scotland, health services, and third-sector partners.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this high-level position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Training: Valid and up-to-date LSCMI (Level of Service/Case Management Inventory) certification is mandatory.
  • Registration: Current registration with the SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council).
  • Experience: Proven experience working within a Scottish Justice Social Work setting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and the ability to engage with service users in a firm yet empathetic manner.
