If you are an experienced Support Worker or Senior Support Worker who thrives under pressure, excels at de-escalation, and refuses to give up on vulnerable individuals during difficult transitional periods, we want you.
What You'll Do
This is fast-paced, high-reward emergency response work. You will:
- Create Safe Havens: Deploy to various locations to stabilize crisis situations and establish safe environments.
- Drive Positive Change: Engage individuals in daily activities, structure, appointments, and family contact.
- Manage Heightened Behaviours: Use your advanced de-escalation expertise to handle challenging situations safely and confidently.
- Shape the Future: Keep meticulous daily records to help build long-term care plans.
