The Role
- You will be part of a dedicated duo providing high-quality, person-centered care. Your mission is to facilitate independence while ensuring a safe, supportive environment.
- Community & Home Support: Accompanying the individual on outings, managing daily tasks, and encouraging hobbies.
- Specialized Care: Because this is a 2:1 environment, you will work closely with a colleague to manage complex needs.
- Positive Engagement: You will provide vital support with de-escalation techniques during moments when the individual feels heightened or overwhelmed.
Shift Pattern & Requirements
- We are looking for someone with full-time availability who is happy to match the client's bespoke rota needs.
- Day Shift: 08:00 - 20:00
- Sleep-in: Following the day shift
- Morning Finish: 07:00 - 10:30 the following day
- Driving: Must hold a full, valid UK driving license and be comfortable driving the client to community activities and appointments.
Competitive Pay Rates
- Weekdays: £13.68 per hour
- Weekends: £15.77 per hour
- Sleep-ins: £64.98 per night
