Location: Edinburgh, Midlothian, and Penicuik

Contract: Full-time (36 hours per week)

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Tenancy Support Worker to help individuals maintain stable accommodation and provide vital tenancy sustainment support. In this highly rewarding role, you will work independently across the community to make a positive impact on the lives of the people you support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tenancy sustainment support and helping individuals maintain stable accommodation.
  • Supporting clients with housing applications, including applications for Housing Benefit and grants.
  • Assisting clients with setting up essential utilities, such as gas and electricity.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently across the community.
  • A minimum of 6 months of previous experience supporting older adults within a care setting.
  • Experience with home care, housing support, and homelessness.
