We are actively recruiting experienced Support Workers and Care Assistants for immediate, ongoing opportunities across Fife, including Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, and surrounding areas. Whether you are looking for full-time hours or flexible top-up shifts, we have a wide variety of roles across Care Homes, Care at Home, and Supported Living services. Pay Rates Umbrella: £18.00 per hour PAYE: £15.35 per hour (includes rolled-up holiday pay) Shift Options & Availability Care Environments: Residential Care Homes, Supported Living, and Community Care at Home. Shift Patterns: Earlys, Lates, Long Days, and Waking Nights available 7 days a week. Flexibility: Choose the shifts and locations that best fit your schedule. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum 6-12 months of UK-based social care experience. Core Skills: Proficient in delivering dignified personal care, administering medication, and writing clear shift reports. Compliance: Active Adult PVG scheme membership (or eligible for a update/check). Driving: UK Driving License with access to a car is preferred for community roles (non-drivers welcomed for fixed care home settings).
