About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to undertake eligibility assessments for ongoing support and interventions from the Disabled Children's Service. This is a non-case holding role, allowing you to focus on assessments and decision-making rather than managing a caseload.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children's services
- Registered with Social Care Wales
- Strong understanding of legislation and guidance relating to disabled children
- Experience in assessment and eligibility work preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and multi-agency teams
