We have a requirement for experienced support workers to join an existing bespoke team from Inverness, Aberdeen, Scottish Borders and Grantown on Spey.

What you will bring:

  • Experience and knowledge: To work as part of our TLC service suitable experience and embedded knowledge supporting young people in crisis is mandatory. You will be able to clearly share 2 years experience supporting individuals who require high levels of support and are often deregulated.
  • Have experience of using de-escalation techniques to keep young people safe.
  • Demonstrate safe and effective decisions which ensure the right actions are taken in challenging situations.
  • You will have experience of providing detailed and accurate daily record keeping and incident reporting.
  • You will demonstrate creativity when engaging and establishing trust with children and young people and demonstrate sound communication and judgement.
  • You will be able to evidence clarity over protecting personal and professional boundaries at all times.
  • Register under the PVG scheme.
  • Ideally have a full drivers license and will require business insurance.
