  • Experienced Adult Support Workers with strong background in complex needs/challenging behaviours are welcomed, provided you demonstrate a trauma-informed, therapeutic approach and understanding of the PACE model.
  • Valid UK Driving License with access to a vehicle.
  • Experience supporting young people with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, autism, or complex emotional needs in children.
