We are looking for three dedicated Female Support Workers to join our team in North East Fife. This is a permanent post providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes across Cupar, St Andrews, and Tayport.
The Rota: The "7 over 14" Advantage. We know balance is everything. This role operates on a bi-weekly repeating pattern, meaning you know exactly when you are working and when you can switch off:
- Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun (07:30-13:00 & 17:00-21:30)
- Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri (07:30-13:00 & 17:00-21:30)
Average: 30 hours per week.

To be successful in your application, you will:
- Have 1 year previous experience working in a residential setting with young people
- Have flexibility in the roles undertaken
- Have strong communication skills
- Register under the PVG scheme
- Full driving licence
- Obtained, or working towards SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent desirable
