You will guide daily shifts, mentor support workers, oversee care plans, and ensure exemplary safeguarding practices across the home. This opportunity is well suited to candidates with background experience as a Senior Care Worker, Residential Support Worker, Youth Mentor, Key Worker, or Team Leader in youth settings.
