What We're Looking For:A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, specifically within Child Protection or related statutory settings.Current and valid Social Work England registration.A strong understanding of relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and proven ability to undertake complex assessments, formulate robust plans, and manage risk effectively.A compassionate and child-centred approach, with excellent communication skills to engage with children, families, and partner agencies in challenging circumstances.
