In this role, you will be working directly with children and young people who need extra support due to learning disabilities, mental health challenges, or complex emotional needs. Key Responsibilities
- Daily Living Support: Helping children with daily routines, meal preparation, personal care (where required), and attending school or social activities.
- Emotional Behavioural Support: Building trust and using positive behaviour strategies to help children manage big emotions and navigate challenging moments safely.
- Creating Fun Structure: Planning engaging activities that promote learning and development.
