What We're Looking For:A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience working with looked after children and/or unaccompanied asylum-seeking children.Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.A strong understanding of relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and best practice related to looked after children, asylum, immigration, and trafficking.Proven ability to undertake comprehensive assessments, develop child-centred care plans, manage complex cases, and support children through significant life transitions and legal processes.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with children from diverse backgrounds, carers, and a range of multi-agency professionals.
