The Work You'll Do
As a Safeguarding Social Worker, you will manage a varied frontline caseload, ensuring that children and young people are safe, stable, and heard:
- Robust Interventions: Co-produce, implement, and monitor comprehensive Child Protection and Child in Need plans.
- Section 47 Inquiries: Lead on complex statutory assessments and joint investigations with multi-agency partners to mitigate immediate risk.
