Estates Surveyor (MRICS) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estates Surveyor to join our professional property team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic management and optimisation of a significant and diverse property portfolio.
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates excellence in property consultancy and is committed to delivering high-quality, commercial, and innovative asset management solutions.
Responsibilities: Provide expert property guidance, including acquisition, disposal, and professional asset management casework.
Conduct Asset Valuations for financial reporting and support informed decision-making processes.
Implement the Corporate Landlord model to ensure alignment with organisational asset management plans.
Proactively manage the investment portfolio to maximise rental income and identify regeneration opportunities.
Evaluate project plans, manage corporate risks, and develop innovative disposal and acquisition strategies.
Prepare detailed reports and briefings for key stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of professional communication.
Qualifications: Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or currently working towards APC completion.
