Your Role and Responsibilities
- Provide high-standard, 24-hour care to vulnerable young people.
- Support service users dealing with early trauma and emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD).
- Foster independence by accompanying young people to school and community activities.
- Maintain clear professional boundaries and adhere to National Care Standards.
- Collaborate effectively with existing teams to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
What we need from you
- Experience: Proven background in a residential setting working with young people.
- Registration: Must be registered (or willing to register) under the PVG scheme.
- Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Drivers: A full UK driving licence is preferred.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
