We are currently recruiting experienced Care Professionals for a variety of roles across the Scottish Islands. Whether you are looking to secure a lucrative short-term contract or a longer-term placement, these positions offer an excellent balance of high earning potential, stable hours, and provided accommodation.
The Benefits
- Pay Rates starting at: £19ph PAYE Rolled up for HCA and Support worker roles
- £21.50ph PAYE Rolled up for Senior roles
- Accommodation Included: Shared accommodation is provided by our clients for the duration of your placement.
- Travel Costs Covered: Your ferry bookings to and from the islands will be fully reimbursed by Randstad.
- Flexible Contract Lengths: We require a minimum commitment of 12 weeks, with several placements extending up to 6 months.
- Work-Life Balance: If you choose to extend your contract past the initial 12 weeks, you are eligible to take up to 2 weeks of holiday.
