The Role
This is a pivotal, hands-on role supporting the Registered Manager. Moving beyond basic scheduling, you will manage real-time decision-making, ensure efficient rota planning, and maintain exceptional standards of care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and manage weekly rotas, ensuring all care calls are fully covered.
- Match Care Workers to Service Users based on needs and compatibility.
- Respond swiftly to last-minute changes, staff absences, and emergencies.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Care Workers.
- Participate in the on-call rota and deputise for the Registered Manager when required.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Care Coordinator or in a similar scheduling role.
