Job Title: Support Worker and or Senior Support Worker Location: Cardiff, Wales Pay Rates: £16.00 - £16.50/hr (Support Worker) | £18.00 - £18.50/hr (Senior Support Worker) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Make a real impact with looked after children with additional needs Are you an experienced care professional passionate about shaping the lives of young people? We are recruiting on behalf of a phenomenal care provider in Cardiff, recruiting both Support Workers and Senior Support Workers. With new residential homes currently under renovation across South Wales, this is an exciting time to join a growing team. Pay Rates & Hours Support Worker: £16.00 - £16.50 per hour Senior Support Worker: £18.00 - £18.50 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week - Long Days on rolling rota, every other weekend off! - One in 3 shift is an afternoon or AM shift! Requirements & Experience Relevant Experience: A proven background supporting Looked After Children, vulnerable young people, or adults with complex support needs. Autism Expertise (Essential): A strong understanding and practical background in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. Younger Children Experience: Prior experience working with younger age groups is highly preferred. For Senior Applicants: Proven experience leading shifts, mentoring care staff, handling safeguarding processes, and managing care plans. Progression Built Around You Happy staying in your role?
