Supported by an experienced team of Principal Social Workers, Social Workers, and Support Workers, you will drive practice excellence and ensure care-experienced children and young people are safe, protected, and achieving positive outcomes. Key Requirements Qualification: Professional Social Work qualification (BSc, MA, DipSW or equivalent). Registration: Current active registration with Social Care Wales. Management Experience: Significant post-qualifying management experience demonstrating the leadership skills needed to run a complex statutory fostering service. Fostering Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of statutory fostering duties, SGOs, Connected Persons, "When I Am Ready" initiatives, and panel advisory functions.
