As a Children's Residential Worker, you will be crucial in supporting these individuals to navigate their unique challenges, develop essential life skills, and achieve their full potential. Shift Patterns Available:
- Day shifts: Offering continuous care and supervision, including overnight stays.
- Waking nights: Ensuring a safe and secure environment throughout the night.

It is imperative that you have experience of supporting children and young people who have challenging behaviours and complex needs in a residential setting. Due to the location of many residential homes, often situated in more rural areas, it is imperative that all applicants are drivers with a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
In return for your invaluable skills and dedication, we offer competitive pay rates ranging from £12.21 to £18.00 per hour, plus:
